And a sign for them is the dead earth. We have brought it to life and brought forth from it grain, and from it they eat.

இறந்து (பொட்டலாகிக்) கிடக்கும் (அவர்கள் வசித்திருந்த) பூமியும் இவர்களுக்கு ஓர் அத்தாட்சியாகும். அதை நாமே (மழையைக் கொண்டு) உயிர்ப்பித்து அதிலிருந்து தானியங்களை வெளிப்படுத்துகிறோம். அவற்றை இவர்கள் புசிக்கிறார்கள்.
