Al-Baqarah(The Cow)

And when a messenger from Allāh came to them confirming that which was with them, a party of those who had been given the Scripture threw the Scripture of Allāh [i.e., the Torah] behind their backs as if they did not know [what it contained].

அல்லாஹ்விடமிருந்து தூதர் ஒருவர் அவர்களிடம் வந்து அவர்களிடமுள்ள (வேதத்)தை உண்மைப்படுத்தியபோதிலும், (முந்திய) வேதம் வழங்கப்பட்ட (அ)வர்களில் பலர் அல்லாஹ்வுடைய (இந்த) வேதத்தையே தாங்கள் அறியாதது போல் தங்கள் முதுகுக்குப் பினோல் தூக்கிப்போட்டு விடுகின்றனர்.
